They had the following children:
- Elizabeth, born on May 2, 1788 in Warren County, North Carolina and died about 1840.
- John Daniel Vaughan, born on May 2, 1788 in Warren County, North Carolina and died after 1850 in North Carolina. He married:
- Elizabeth Edwards, born on December 12, 1790 in Granville County, North Carolina and died about 1850 in Granville County, North Carolina, daughter of John Edwards and Lucy Curtis, on December 24, 1813 in Franklin County, North Carolina.
