She was born 24 June 1941 in Vienna, Austria and died 19 Sep 1994 in Erlangen, Bavaria, Germany. Daughter of Roland Léon Joseph Wattiez and Maria Weinkam.

Edith married Pankraz Diegel, born 4 August 1943 in Köttmannsdorf, Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany and died 13 August 2014 in Hirschaid, Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany, son of Nikolaus Diegel and Margarete Bauer.

They had two daughters.
