David married Agnes Kubiak, born on April 11, 1898 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York and died on September 13, 1948 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, daughter of Kazimierz "Casimer" Kubiak and Antonina Gasiorek, on January 20, 1920 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York.

In 1905, 1915 and 1920, he lived in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, with his parents and siblings.
In 1930 and 1940, he lived in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, with his wife and children.
