He was born on June 26, 1893 in Buttenheim, Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany and died on January 13, 1956 in Buttenheim, Bavaria, Germany. Son of  Johann Georg Weinkam and Anna Maria Meier.

Georg married Kunigunde Först, born 7 September 1890 in Kalteneggolsfeld, Heiligenstadt, Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany and died 17 October 1917 in Buttenheim, Bamberg I, Bavaria, Germany, daughter of Johann Först and Eva Dorsch.

They had the following children:

1. Maria*, born 22 January 1914 in Buttenheim, Bamberg I, Bavaria, Germany and died 13 June 1977 in Buttenheim, Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany.
2. Hans, born 10 June 1915 in Buttenheim, Bamberg I, Bavaria, Germany and died 8 February 1945 in WWII.

5. Johann Georg, born 7 Sep 1917 in Buttenheim, Bamberg I, Bavaria, Germany and died 18 August 1944 in Klikuliai Ukvi (WWII). He married Irmgard Althaus and they had one daughter named Eva-Maria.
6. Josef, born 8 Sep 1917 in Buttenheim, Bamberg II, Bavaria, Germany and died 8 January 1991 in Buttenheim, Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany. He married Irmgard Althaus after Johann´s death.
